Engagement Rules for LakshmiFX Trustline India Pvt. Ltd.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the services of LakshmiFX Trustline India Pvt. Ltd. (“LakshmiFX”, “we”, “our”, “company”) across India, Dubai, London, Malaysia, and Singapore. Because we work only on documented, MoU-based engagements and under ISO 9001 & ISO/IEC 27001 systems, these terms explain what we provide — and what we do not provide.

1. Nature of Services

LakshmiFX provides Forex fund-management advisory, structured investment guidance, and network/leadership partnership programs through legally documented engagements. We are not a public deposit scheme, chit fund, or guaranteed-return platform. Every service is activated only after a formal Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) or agreement is signed.

2. MoU-First Policy

No verbal promise, WhatsApp message, social-media post, or brochure overrides the terms written in the MoU shared with you. Your exact investment amount, payout cycle, responsibilities, and dispute process will always be written in that MoU.

If there is any mismatch between marketing material and the MoU, the MoU will prevail.

3. Multi-Region Operations

We operate from India with associated entities/partners in Dubai, London, Malaysia, and Singapore. Depending on which office you engage with, the jurisdiction clause in your MoU will apply. You agree to be bound by that region’s governing law and dispute mechanism.

4. Payments, Fees & Commissions

  • All fees, commissions, or leadership rewards for network marketers are documented and paid only as per the written agreement.
  • Taxes, if any, are to be borne by the client/partner as per applicable law.

5. Partner / Network Leader Engagement

  • Only referred clients that complete documentation will be considered valid business.
  • Income is performance-based and released as per the partner MoU.
  • Misrepresentation of our brand, promising guaranteed returns, or circulating altered creatives can lead to immediate removal.

6. Use of Website & Digital Assets

Content, logos, awards, ISO badges, and event participation graphics (including JITO CONNECT 2025) shown on the site are the property of LakshmiFX or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for promotional or investment-solicitation purposes without written approval.

7. Data & Confidentiality

Any information you submit to us — via form, MoU, or onboarding pack — will be handled under our Privacy Policy and our ISO/IEC 27001 information-security framework. We do not disclose client data unless required by law or written in the agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

LakshmiFX will not be liable for loss arising from:

  • market movements, volatility, or force majeure events;
  • third-party platform downtime or banking delays;
  • breach of terms by the client or partner.

Our responsibility is limited to what is written in the MoU you sign.

9. Prohibited Use

Our platform and brand cannot be used for money-laundering, non-declared cross-border transfers, or schemes that violate RBI/SEBI/FEMA or UAE/UK/Singapore/Malaysia financial rules. We reserve the right to stop service if such activity is suspected.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions to match regulatory, security, or operational changes. The latest version on our website will supersede previous versions.
